FAQ
How tall is the swing set after installation?
It is 9ft tall after installations. (3ft in the ground)
Where are your products made?
Our products are made and/or assembled in the USA.
Will the items arrive together in one shipment?
Products ordered should arrive at the same time, except for the wood, which will come in a separate delivery 2-4 weeks after ordering via freight delivery. Additional items such as sports nets, movie screens, porch swings, hammocks, etc. may arrive in a separate package and may get separated in shipping.
Are items always in stock?
We try to keep everything in stock for fast delivery.
Will I need to purchase concrete for the posts?
Yes. Most hardware stores stock bags of concrete. We recommend a product with at least 2500 psi. Most are around 4000 psi. or more.
How are parts shipped?
We ship parts either package express or common carriers depending on the size and location being shipped to. We use ground service and do not ship expedited for any reason.
How long will it take to get my items?
Once ordered, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery. Swings and components will arrive first, usually within 1-2 weeks. The wood will arrive 2–4 weeks after ordering separately via freight delivery.
What type of wood is the swing set made of?
The wood is weather resistant Douglas Fir #1 FOHC (Free of Heart Center), the most premium quality.
Can I install the swing set myself?
We recommend professional installation, but yes you can install this swing set yourself if you have the proper tools. You will probably need 2-3 people to help stand it up once assembled.
Should I hire a contractor to assemble this swing set?
Most customers prefer to hire a handyman or contractor for the assembly and installation of the swings. While the assembly itself isn't particularly challenging, the substantial weight of the wood beams and the necessity of securely cementing them into the ground make the process labor-intensive. As such, we highly recommend seeking the assistance of a skilled handyman for this task.
How long have you been in business?
We are a newer company, and we started our business in late 2023 but have been manufacturing swings for about 5 years.
Your swing set is made from wood. Do I need to protect it from the elements?
Although the wood is weather resistant, yearly sealing of the wood with an approved water sealer is recommended to keep it in the most pristine condition. If you live in a harsh winter climate, we recommend taking the swings in for the winter and hanging them again in the spring. The wood structure will be fine for many, many years if taken care of properly.
Can I use sand or mulch for the base of the swings?
Yes. We recommend a hard surface for the structure to be cemented into so the structure is sound. However, sand, mulch, pea gravel, or grass under the swings is recommended.
Where are you based?
Our home office is located in Fruit Heights, Utah, about 20 miles North of Salt Lake City.
How much area is required for the swings?
We recommend a 6 foot perimeter around the seat and above for maximum protection against interference with other yard items.
Will the metal rust?
All brackets and hardware are capable of withstanding the elements and will not rust. The metal corners or braces are made of 12-gauge galvanized steel and are made to last.
What is your return policy?
Our product is difficult to return because of the size of the wood posts and beams. And would be very difficult and expensive to return for the customer. We stand by our product and quality, so all sales are final.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! You are able to cancel your order up until the wood ships.
