1. All Sales Final for Custom Wood Swing Set - Saltair Summit 

Due to the custom nature of the Saltair Summit swing set product, along with the costs of shipping, all sales for this product are considered final. We take great care in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality before they leave our facility. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our products and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.

2. Exceptions - Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective wood product, please contact our customer service (hello@saltairswingcompany.com) within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

3. Return Shipping Policy

a. Customer-Initiated Returns:

  • If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or defect, you may do so at your expense.
  • Before returning the item, please contact our customer service to obtain authorization and instructions for the return.

b. Damaged or Defective Returns:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items if reported within the specified timeframe of 5 days of recieving your order.

4. Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Clearly label the package with the provided return authorization.
c. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

6. Refund Process

a. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
b. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
